FansRIP (https://fans.rip/) is a service for streaming and download of adult visual content, and as such is only intended to be used by people of the age of majority (18+). We provide the opportunities for the uploading, hosting and sharing of adult fetish videos. This document describes the operating principles of the site.

Our mission:

Our platform allows members to view and download adult videos. All content available on our platform is provided in compliance with applicable laws, including, but not limited to, 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R 751. We ensure that:
- all participants in the content have provided written permission/consent;
- each and every participant in the content was strictly over the age of majority (18+) at the time of the creation of such content;
- the content adheres to all relevant legal requirements.

Intellectual Property Rights:

FansRIP is not the primary producer (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257) of any of the visual content present on the site. With respect to Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we accept and review the valid DMCA claims; removing the content in the case it is found infringing.

Refund Policy:

Due to the digital nature of the content, we are not offering refunds for whatever reason, all payments are final.

Cancellation Policy:

We do not offer subscription-based services. All payments on our platform, including premium purchases, are one-time and non-recurring. There is no auto-renewal, and users are not required to manually cancel any payments. Access to purchased content is granted according to the terms specified at the time of purchase.

Services of FansRIP are provided to you “as is”, all submissions are for your personal and non-commercial use only. FansRIP does not provide warranty nor assume responsibility for any damages or loss you may incur as the result of using the site.

Force Majeure:

FansRIP shall not be responsible for failure or interruption of access to the site due to the circumstances out of our control, such as earthquakes, floods, fire, plague, computer viruses, wars, foreign and domestic terrorism, civil disturbances, alien invasions, failure of public infrastructure and nuclear fallout.

Change of Terms:

We reserve the right to change or update this document as needed without an additional announcement.
